We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Adobe Analytics/Website Analytics Analyst to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have at least 1.5 years of experience in data analysis and website analytics, with expertise in Adobe Analytics, SQL, and a strong ability to create meaningful data visualizations. The candidate should also possess excellent problem-solving abilities, a solid business acumen, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform data analysis using Adobe Analytics, SQL, and other tools to uncover insights about website performance, customer behavior, and digital marketing campaigns.

- Conduct ad hoc data exploration to understand trends, identify key metrics, and support & Dashboarding :

- Design and create custom reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to web traffic, conversions, and user engagement.

- Monitor and report on website performance, highlighting opportunities for optimization and growth.

Data Visualization :

- Develop clear and actionable data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Adobe Analytics to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

- Present data-driven recommendations to enhance website user experience and business outcomes.

SQL & Data Querying :

- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets for reporting and analysis.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources for a comprehensive view of website performance.

Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in website analytics, digital analytics, or similar fields.

- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (or similar analytics platforms like Google Analytics).

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.

- Basic understanding of data analysis and exploration techniques, including working with large datasets and identifying meaningful patterns.

- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics Reports & Workspace (or similar reporting tools).

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to explore data and uncover valuable insights.

- Ability to break down complex data into understandable and actionable Acumen :

- Solid understanding of business objectives, particularly within digital marketing, e-commerce, or product analytics.

- Ability to align data analysis with broader business goals and customer experience & Collaboration :

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple teams (marketing, product, development).

Data Visualization :

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to create impactful charts and dashboards.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or

equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud or other Adobe tools is a plus.

- Knowledge of JavaScript or other scripting languages for tag management or website tracking is beneficial.
