Position Summary:
We seek a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to oversee and expand our LED display business within the designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop regional sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify growth opportunities within the region.
- Business Development:
- Cultivate key client relationships and identify potential customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market demands.
- Develop strong relationships with AV integrators and consultants.
- Account Management:
- Oversee major accounts and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams.
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in sales management, preferably in the LED display or related technology industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
