We seek a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to oversee and expand our LED display business within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop regional sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
    • Identify growth opportunities within the region.
  • Business Development:
    • Cultivate key client relationships and identify potential customers.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and market demands.
    • Develop strong relationships with AV integrators and consultants.
  • Account Management:
    • Oversee major accounts and ensure exceptional customer service.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports.
    • Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams.
    • Provide feedback on product performance and customer requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in sales management, preferably in the LED display or related technology industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Skills:
  1. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  2. Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
