They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.Designation -Production ManagerLocation -TarapurResponsibilities Exp. of handling various novel organic reactions/synthesis in semi bulk scale (2500 L capacity) including hydrogenation/pressure reactions upto 60 bar Min 5 yrs. experience in SCADA Operated chemical plant. Capable to lead a team of 5 to 6 Chemists/10 to 15 Operators Exp. in preparing SOP’s, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ documents & liaison with Govt. Agencies Like FDA, Factory Inspector etc. Experience in Speciality/Fine chemicals/Bulk drugs will be preferred. Experience in handling MPCB & ETP Knowledge of SAP preferred. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 22000 (HACCP), HAZOP & GMP Contribute to production planning and budgeting Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a safe production environment Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholdersQualifications Ph.D. or M.Sc. in organic chemistry or Chemical Engineering from reputed university Minimum 15-20 years of experience in chemical or pharmaceuticalRequired Skills Custom synthesis Process optimization Scale-up Process development Analytical data interpretations
