We’re Hiring: Head – Marketing | CoimbatoreLocation:Coimbatore Reports To:Chief Growth Officer Compensation:₹30–35 LPA + 20% variable It's a 6-day working week with alternate Saturdays working from home.We’re looking for an experiencedHead of Marketingto lead the full marketing charter for apremium consumer technology retail group— spanningretail stores, authorized service centers, B2B enterprise, and educationsegments. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone passionate aboutpremium retail, digital-first marketing, and brand storytelling .Key Responsibilities: Leadbrand, retail, digital, and B2B marketingacross multiple business verticals. Shape brand perception and customer experience consistent with aglobal premium brand ethos . Drivestore footfalls, conversions, lead generation, and customer retention . Manage a ₹10–12 Cr marketing budget (in addition to brand co-op budgets). Build and mentor a14-member teamspanning digital, CRM, and on-ground marketing. Leveragedata, analytics, and AIto optimize campaigns and ROI.Ideal Profile: 10–15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience inpremium retail / electronics / lifestyle brands . Strong understanding ofdigital marketing, CRM, and customer lifecycle management . Strategic yet execution-focused mindset with strong analytical and creative abilities. MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing/Communications.
