Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in selling products to steel, power companies, oil & amp, refineries

We design, manufacture and sell Intake Air filters and filtration systems for various industries and applications including Automotive, Commercial Buildings, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Gas Turbines, Fertilizer, Refineries, Micro-electronics, Data Centres, Food and Beverages among others.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned and results-oriented Head of Sales for our

Machine Intake division. This role is responsible for driving sales growth,

developing strategic sales initiatives, and managing a high-performance sales

team within the machine intake industry. The successful candidate will have a

strong understanding of industrial machinery, intake systems, and the relevant

market dynamics, and will be responsible for building and maintaining customer

relationships while delivering exceptional results.

Required Skills:

  1. The person must have experience in dealing with Steel/ Oil & Gas industry/ Power plant industry
  2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B
  3. environment, particularly within the machine intake or manufacturing
  4. industry.
  5. Strong knowledge of machine intake systems, industrial processes, and
  6. related products.
  7. Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
  8. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  9. Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop actionable sales
  10. forecasts and strategies.
