Assistant Production Manager

·        Assistance the fabric department and dispatch tasks on the production floor

·        Monitoring the team for an effective production process

·        Managing fabric cutting and dying files, delivery dates and in-between coordination related to products. and coordinating between the customers and the team

 

OPERATION TASK (junior lever salary 15000to 25000 per month) (2LPA TO 3 LPA)

1.      Giving fabric cutting and order sheets to the master and team to make products correctly with QC.

2.      Take updates on, Tailor, embroider and printer work.

3.      Get in touch with the direct client after receiving the order and be the point of contact till the dispatch of the order and support in case of complaint.

4.      Planning and co-creating an estimation list for raw material procurement for production and sampling with the team

5.       (Fabric, Dying, printing, material requirement, and monitoring them by tracking work progress.

6.      Assisting Priti Shekhar in planning the exhibition/events.

7.       Keep track of delivery dates and priority orders

 TASK

 Cutting and noting the Consumption of fabric

a)      Consumption of lining and other materials.

b)      Number of pieces produced (CHECK DAILY)

c)      Dispatched with proper QC and measurements of product.

d)      Give information to the client through WhatsApp about the product being ready to dispatch and remind them of payment in case of due.

.

1.      Creating and maintaining separate registers for all dyers, printers and fabric consumption and providing this information to the reporting team.
