Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a technical recruiter. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for technical positions. You will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will be involved in communicating with candidates and managing the recruitment process.


Qualifications

  • Experience in full life cycle recruiting and hiring
  • Technical recruiting experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively screen and interview candidates
  • Experience using recruitment tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field


Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:


  • Experience recruiting for technical positions
  • Familiarity with the technology industry and terminology
  • Understanding of software development concepts and technologies


Note: The primary responsibility of this role is technical recruitment however you will be working with the HR team and occasional participate in other activities within Human Resources.
