Job Summary:

- Are you a seasoned project leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget? Aarav Software is seeking a talented Technical Project Manager to join our growing team.

- In this role, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to successful deployment.

- You will leverage your technical expertise and strong leadership skills to guide the team, manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development:

- Build and develop a cohesive project team, fostering an environment of collaboration, motivation, and high performance.

- Provide clear direction, purpose, and support to team members.

Project Management:

- Lead projects from inception to completion, including requirements definition, scope development, budget planning, schedule creation, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Oversee project execution according to established plans, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget - constraints.

- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including project staff from various departments and clients.

- Analyze project progress and make informed decisions regarding scope, timelines, and costs to optimize project outcomes.

Communication and Reporting:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.

- Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and any potential changes.

- Manage communication flow within the team and with external parties.

- Develop and deliver clear and concise project reports and presentations to relevant stakeholders.

Project Management Tools and Processes:

- Implement and maintain processes for managing project scope, quality, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.

- Utilize project management software to manage project tasks, resources, and communication.

- Structure and maintain integrated databases to track progress across various digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects.

Technical Expertise:

- Possess a strong understanding of web technologies and software platforms.

- Utilize your technical knowledge to optimize project approaches for maximum usability.

Resource Management:

- Partner with external resources, including third-party vendors and researchers.

- Effectively allocate and manage resources to streamline project workflows and maximize output.

- Identify and address resource bottlenecks to ensure project efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

- BE or Computer Science degree (or equivalent). (Master's preferred)

- PMP certification and a prior technical certification (OCP, Microsoft, Java etc. ) are highly desirable.

- 10+ years of proven experience in managing IT and software projects.

- Hands-on experience with developing web technologies and software platforms.

- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams of technical professionals.

- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e. , Agile, Waterfall). Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
