Our mission is to leverage artificial intelligence to enable business transformation through intelligent, scalable, and secure systems.About the RoleWe are seeking a visionary Associate Architect – AI to design and lead the implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions. This is a key role where innovation meets impact—ideal for someone with a strong foundation in AI/ML, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture.Key Responsibilities- Design and implement AI enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business goals. - Define the AI roadmap, architectural frameworks, and best practices. - Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders on cross-functional AI initiatives. - Evaluate and recommend the latest AI tools, platforms, and technologies. - Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and infrastructure. - Establish AI governance models, security protocols, and compliance standards. - Provide technical leadership in AI model deployment, scalability, and performance tuning. - Stay current with emerging AI trends, research, and regulatory developments. - Guide teams in building AI-powered products, automation tools, and intelligent workflows. - Drive AI-led digital transformation across multiple business units.Qualifications- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field. - 6–8 years of experience in AI solution architecture or enterprise AI design. - Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Solid understanding of AI governance, model lifecycle, and responsible AI practices. - Experience with microservices, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns. - Proficiency in AI/ML domains like NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics. - Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation. - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure AI are a plus.Preferred Skills- Proven experience architecting AI solutions at enterprise scale. - Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making. - Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and bias mitigation techniques.
