Our mission is to develop tech gnans to make a significant impact in the tech industry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer located in Vijayawada.In this role, you’ll work on designing and developing LLM-powered applications, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, and AI-driven workflows that solve real-world problems to bring cutting-edge AI solutions from idea to production.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience. - Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries (LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging Face, Transformers). - Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral, etc.) — fine-tuning, API usage, or evaluation. - Good understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search. - Knowledge of retrieval pipelines (RAG) and context window optimization. - Experience building and integrating APIs (REST, FastAPI, Flask). - Solid problem-solving and debugging skills with an innovation mindset.Bonus:- Familiarity with MLOps or model deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD). - Knowledge of prompt evaluation, LLM performance metrics, and AI safety principles. - Experience with LangChain Agents, Tools, or Function Calling. - Basic understanding of frontend integration (React, Next.js) for AI dashboards or chat UIs. - Experience using cloud platforms (AWS Lambda, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML).
