- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Consultant to join our team.- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our overseas education services by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and expanding our market presence.- This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities:.- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the overseas education sector.- Generate leads through various channels, including networking and industry events.- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, agents, and other stakeholders.- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the overseas education industry.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns.- Attend industry events, fairs, and conferences to network and promote our services.- Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress towards goals. Requirements:.- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the overseas education sector.- Strong understanding of the overseas education market and industry trends.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to generate and qualify leads effectively.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Willingness to travel as needed.- All offers and/or employment contracts are contingent upon the successful completion of the Firm's pre-employment screening process.- This process may include verifying the candidate's identity, confirming legal authorization to work in the offered position's location, and conducting a comprehensive background check, where permitted by local regulations.
