Job Overview

We are seeking ambitious freshers to join our sales and marketing team in a full-time, remote capacity. This position is designed for those with 0 to 1 year of work experience seeking to kickstart their career in sales and marketing. The role will be based in Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, or Pune, offering an exciting opportunity to engage with dynamic markets remotely.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in outbound sales techniques to effectively engage and convert potential clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation processes to build a consistent sales pipeline (Mandatory skill).
  • Capability in managing B2B sales interactions to foster long-lasting client relationships (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with email campaign strategies to enhance outreach efforts and communicate effectively with prospects.
  • Ability to manage and oversee sales pipelines, ensuring a balanced and fruitful sales flow.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and engage with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a keen interest in learning new sales and marketing strategies actively.
  • Resourceful problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and innovate solutions in a remote working environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage in proactive outbound sales activities to build and expand Crazy Solutions' client base.
  • Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and cold calls to develop sales opportunities.
  • Conduct B2B sales meetings and presentations to introduce services and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and manage targeted email campaigns effectively.
  • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and consistent conversion of prospects.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to Crazy Solutions' growth initiatives.
  • Provide prompt and effective support and feedback to clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities to enhance sales strategy and effectiveness.
