Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage bulk hiring for BPO and/or BFSI sectors
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
- Conduct screening and initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or internal teams
- Maintain candidate databases and MIS reports
- Ensure hiring targets are met as per deadlines
- Handle onboarding coordination and documentation

Candidate Profile:

- 0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment (bulk hiring preferred)
- Experience in BPO or BFSI recruitment is an added advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Freshers with strong interest in recruitment can also apply
