Badminton CoachKey Responsibilities- Plan, deliver, and manage structured badminton coaching sessions for children and youth. - Develop age-appropriate training plans focused on skill development, fitness, and discipline. - Identify and nurture talent for progressive pathways and competitions. - Maintain training records, attendance, and student performance reports. - Ensure safe play, discipline, and positive sporting environment. - Coordinate with the Academy Manager for scheduling, events, and parent interactions.Required Qualifications & Skills- Minimum 2–3 years of coaching experience at school/academy/district level. - Professional certification in badminton coaching (BAI or equivalent preferred). - Strong communication and mentoring skills. - Ability to work with children from diverse communities. - Basic computer literacy for reporting and documentation.2. Table Tennis CoachKey Responsibilities- Conduct regular Table Tennis coaching sessions for beginners to intermediate-level students. - Prepare structured training plans focusing on technique, footwork, and match strategy. - Organise internal assessments, practice matches, and participation in competitions. - Maintain discipline, safety protocols, and a motivating learning environment. - Track and document student progress and attendance. - Coordinate with the Academy Manager on events, schedules, and community engagement.Required Qualifications & Skills- Minimum 2–3 years of coaching experience at academy/school/district level. - Formal Table Tennis coaching certification preferred. - Strong interpersonal skills and passion for youth development. - Ability to work in community and CSR-based settings.3. Academy ManagerExperience Required: 2–3 years in academy/centre management, sports administration, or similar roles.Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Badminton & Table Tennis Academy. - Coordinate between coaches, students, parents, and project stakeholders. - Manage scheduling, enrolments, attendance records, and reporting. - Ensure smooth execution of all sessions, events, and assessments. - Handle administrative tasks including documentation, MIS updates, budgeting support, and asset management. - Drive community engagement and promote participation within the Kendra. - Maintain alignment with Manav Rachna Sports Academy and Honda India Foundation’s CSR objectives.Required Qualifications & Skills- Graduate in any discipline (Sports Management preferred). - Strong organisational, communication, and people-management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets/Docs, and basic MIS reporting. - Ability to work closely with community teams and project partners.
