Basketball Coach – Scotle High School, JaipurLocation: Jaipur, RajasthanJob Type: Full-timeExperience: 5 + years preferredAbout the RoleScotle High School is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Basketball Coach who can train students across different age groups, develop team discipline, and build a strong sports culture. The coach will play a key role in preparing our teams for inter-school, district, and state-level tournaments.Key Responsibilities- Train students in basketball fundamentals, techniques, and match strategies. - Plan structured practice sessions for different age groups (Under-14, Under-17, and senior teams). - Identify talent and build competitive school teams. - Organise fitness drills and conditioning sessions to improve stamina and agility. - Mentor students on sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline. - Ensure safety protocols during training and matches. - Maintain attendance, performance records, and training reports. - Coordinate with the Sports Department for tournaments, fixtures, and equipment needs. - Prepare players for inter-school championships and other competitive events.Requirements- Proven experience as a basketball coach (school/academy/club). - Strong understanding of game rules, techniques, and competitive play. - Ability to mentor students with patience, motivation, and sports ethics. - Physical fitness and ability to demonstrate drills. - Certification in sports coaching (preferred but not mandatory). - Good communication and team management skills.What We Offer- A supportive environment with excellent sports facilities. - Opportunities for professional growth and training. - A chance to build strong school teams and shape young athletes.
