Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis AMS Support Lead tomanage post-implementation support, drive continuous improvement, and lead a global AMS team . This role requires strong functional expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to guide enhancements, performance optimization, and data governance within Kinaxis RapidResponse. Key Responsibilities Lead theAMS operationsfor Kinaxis RapidResponse, ensuring high system availability and SLA adherence. Manageincident, change, and problem managementprocesses across multiple business units. Serve as theprimary escalation pointfor complex issues and coordinate with Kinaxis COE or vendor support. Overseedata accuracy, integration health checks, and performance tuning . Driveminor enhancements and configuration changesin collaboration with business teams. Conductroot cause analysis (RCA)and implement continuous improvement plans. Mentor junior consultants, ensuring best practices in ticket handling and documentation. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and automation. Supportrelease management, patch validation, and UAT coordination . Required Skills 8 plus years of total experience, with5+ years in Kinaxis RapidResponse AMS/support . Proven expertise inmultiple Kinaxis modules(Supply, Demand, S&OP, Capacity, Inventory). Deep understanding ofsupply chain planning processesand integration with ERP systems. Experience leadingAMS or support teamsin an onsite/offshore delivery model. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Strong knowledge ofSQL, data analysis , and performance optimization.
