Role Responsibilities:- Manage and grow key accounts across the insurance and insurtech ecosystem.- Develop and execute account plans focused on client retention, growth, and satisfaction.- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and functional heads at client organizations.- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning them with digital and SaaS offerings.- Drive business development and farming initiatives with existing clients to achieve revenue goals.- Collaborate with internal teams across product, delivery, and operations to ensure timely and quality delivery.- Monitor market trends, competitive movements, and emerging opportunities within the Insurtech landscape.- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and digital partnership forums.Skills & Experience Required:- 6-12 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships within the Insurance / Insurtech / Fintech sectors.- Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and working with CXO-level stakeholders.- Strong understanding of insurance operations, digital transformation, and SaaS platforms.- Demonstrated experience in digital partnerships and B2B SaaS sales.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.- A stable career history with a consistent record of performance and growth.Key Success Parameters- Building and nurturing strong relationships with CXOs and business heads across insurers and insurtechs.- Demonstrating a consultative sales approach based on deep insurance process understanding.- Consistently achieving retention and growth metrics for existing accounts.- Driving new revenue streams from digital partnership initiatives.- Maintaining professional stability and demonstrating long-term client ownership.
