A Little Bit About the Role:

The Senior AI Adoption Lead is a key leadership role responsible for spearheading the development, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven solutions across our agency. This individual will work closely with our creative, strategy, and technology teams to identify opportunities where AI can enhance our services, drive efficiency, and generate innovative outcomes for our clients.

What You'll be Doing:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI adoption strategy aligned with the agency's vision and goals.
  • Identify and prioritize key areas within the agency where AI can deliver high-impact results.

Innovation and Implementation:

  • Lead the exploration and integration of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other relevant AI/ML solutions.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of AI projects from ideation and prototyping to testing, deployment, and scaling.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, translating them into AI-driven solutions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning by promoting AI literacy and best practices across the agency.

Client Engagement:

  • Partner with clients to identify and articulate opportunities for AI to enhance their business outcomes.
  • Present AI concepts and solutions to clients, showcasing the tangible benefits and outcomes through compelling narratives and case studies.

Research and Development:

  • Stay current with the latest advancements and trends in AI/ML technologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Drive R&D initiatives to explore emerging AI applications and assess their potential impact on the agency and its clients.

Performance Measurement:

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of AI initiatives.
  • Ensure that AI solutions meet quality, reliability, and ethical standards while delivering measurable business value.


What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI/ML are a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in AI/ML development, implementation, and leadership roles, ideally within a creative or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully deploying AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data analytics, and AI technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in a creative or marketing agency is highly desirable.
