The Delivery Lead (Domestic IT Staffing/Recruitment) will play a crucial role in managing and leading the recruitment team to ensure the successful delivery of staffing solutions to our clients. This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and engagement.

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices to enhance the team's effectiveness and efficiency.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their staffing needs and business objectives.

- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss ongoing and upcoming recruitment requirements, job specifications, and delivery timelines.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies.

Recruitment Delivery and Operations:

- Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring timely and successful fulfillment of client requirements.

- Monitor and manage the performance of recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and client agreements.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction, to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and clients, highlighting recruitment outcomes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Process Improvement and Innovation:

- Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and improve the quality of hires.

- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in recruitment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Bachelor of Technology/Computer Science/Computer Applications or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably in IT staffing or a related industry.

- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment best practices, and employment laws.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Strong client management skills with a track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.

- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in IT recruitment and knowledge of technical roles and skills.

- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or Recruitment (e.g., AIRS, CIR) is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decisions and process improvements.
