This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh for a RPA Business Analyst at Auxiliobits. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and working closely with stakeholders to implement RPA solutions to drive operational efficiency.

Client Coordination and Global Engagement:

This role requires strong client coordination skills, as you will be responsible for managing communications and project timelines with our global clients. Given our international reach, you may be required to participate in meetings outside standard business hours to accommodate various time zones. Flexibility and a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Process Identification and Analysis: Collaborate with various departments to identify and analyze business processes that are suitable for automation, based on criteria such as repetitiveness, rule-based nature, and volume.


2. Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements, and create and maintain Process Design Documents (PDDs) to serve as blueprints for the RPA development team.


3. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:  Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the RPA development team, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.


4. Solution Design and Validation: Work with the RPA Lead and development team to design automation solutions, validate them against business requirements, and participate in testing to confirm they meet predefined criteria.


5. Change Management and User Training: Lead change management activities, develop user training materials, conduct workshops, and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition to automated processes.


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in business analysis and process improvement
  • Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Certifications in RPA or Business Analysis is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the RPA or automation domain.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in creating detailed documentation and process design documents.
  • Familiarity with RPA tools and technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
