Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Blue Prism RPA Developer to join our team at Mysoftlabs. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Blue Prism.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workflow automation, process design, and best practices. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and create efficient workflows that improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, test, and deploy RPA flows using Blue Prism.
  • Design and implement solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Experience working with cloud & desktop flows including data integration & creating connections.
  • Experience with querying and managing data in relational databases (e.g., SQL queries).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated workflows.
  • Provide support and maintenance for existing automation flows.
  • Maintain documentation of automation processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Blue prism features and best practices.

Qualifications and Expectations :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3 years of prior experience with Blue Prism and other RPA tools.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, process design, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing automated workflows, including data integration and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

  • Proficiency on Blue Prism and other RPA platforms.
  • Programming: Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python.
  • Database: Experience with querying and managing data in relational databases (e.g., SQL queries).
  • Working with Office 365 environment.
  • Working with SAP.
