Your Responsibilities:

  • Own design across products and websites
  • Sweat the details: Make sure everything is consistent, delightful and smooth down to the finest details in design
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders such as Product Managers, Founder, Engineers,
  • Marketing, etc.
  • Occasional design+animation for in-product Lotties.


Qualifications:

  • Hybrid UX design and Visual design
  • 1-3 years of experience in design and driven to help make beautiful, polished, super-efficient digital products
  • Can point us to a portfolio of experiences or studies for which you made UX and visual design contributions
  • Projects to display proficiency in design for high-quality mobile apps or web apps.
  • A strong track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication skills for conveying design concepts
  • Past experience with motion design and animation
  • Fluency is tools including Figma and Illustrator
  • Familiarity with 3D Design tools like Blender or Cinema4D
  • Fluency in 3D Design is a huge bonus
