Position: Product Designer

Location: India (Remote/Hybrid)

Contract: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, based on experience


Job Description:

As a Product Designer, you will lead the design of intuitive, user-centric products that enhance the experience of our AI solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and prototype digital experiences that meet user needs and business goals. Your work will directly impact product development from ideation through to final delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business requirements.
  • Conduct user research and usability tests to inform design decisions.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Ensure that all designs align with accessibility and responsive design best practices.


Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in product design, with a focus on SaaS or technology-based products.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience with user research, A/B testing, and design thinking.
  • Ability to communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and developers.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
