Job Description 

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our APP/H5/Web/server projects through comprehensive testing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues, while continuously improving our QA processes and tooling. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Ensure quality assurance for the company's APP/H5/Web/server projects 
• Participate in requirements review to understand product functionality, analyze potential issues, and provide valuable improvement suggestions 
• Develop test plans and design test cases for complex business functions while maintaining high testing standards 
• Monitor, trace, and identify quality issues in projects, collaborating with development teams to improve overall quality and efficiency 
• Continuously develop and maintain test environments, automation frameworks, and server-related tools and platforms 
• Contribute to the innovation and improvement of quality assurance processes, strategies, and methodologies to enhance project efficiency 
• Research new testing technologies and promote the application of suitable technologies in production environments 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 
• Minimum 3 years of software testing experience, with rich experience in App and Web testing 
• Familiarity with various testing methodologies including: Black-box testing (functional, UI/UX, regression), Gray-box testing (integration, system), Smoke and sanity testing, Acceptance testing, Exploratory testing 
• Experience with test case development, execution, and reporting 
• Knowledge of defect lifecycle management and bug tracking systems 
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: PHP, Python, Java, or Go 
• Strong knowledge of Linux and database systems, including familiarity with Redis and MongoDB 
• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities 
• Strong understanding of software development and testing processes 
• Good communication skills and team collaboration abilities 
• Adaptability to changing requirements and result-oriented mindset 

Desirable Qualifications 

• Experience in server-side testing 
• Practical project development experience using PHP/Python/Java/Go 
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines 
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) 
• Automated testing expertise: Mobile automation (Appium, Espresso, XCTest), Web automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright), Test automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, pytest) 
• Performance and load testing experience: Tools like JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner, Experience analyzing performance bottlenecks, Stress and scalability testing,  
• Security testing knowledge: OWASP testing methodology, Penetration testing basics, Security vulnerability scanning 
• Advanced API testing skills: REST API testing (Postman, RestAssured), SOAP API testing, GraphQL testing 
• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow) 
• Knowledge of test data management principles 
• Experience with data-driven and keyword-driven testing 
• Background in financial or trading systems testing
