The ideal candidate will bringproven experience in delivering software solutions, helping to lead projects from estimationthrough to delivery and adoption. The right candidate comes with a passion for building worldclass products and a drive to leave a mark in healthcare technology.If you are passionate about technology and architecture, love hands-on development and wantto build scalable systems with an organization whose values and actions support your growthand guide your daily actions, we want to work with you.What your role will look like- Closely work with Chief Technical Architect/CTO to architect and develop complex backend platforms - Build robust completely event driven systems that are scalable and observable - Be at the forefront of technology and evaluate how to leverage it for our product - Work on PoCs and do innovations in deep tech - Be at the forefront of development practices by leveraging GenAI dev tools and EngOps tools - Own the responsibility of Scaling, Performance and Quality for the team. Design & set up best practices to help the team achieve business outcomes - Drive the adoption of these best practices around coding, design, quality, and performance in teams and use required tools wherever possible - Implement new features and enhancements to address issues in complex systems - Help us build out a top quality engineering teamWhat is in it for you- Put your name to a one-of-its kind product that is revolutionizing a niche segment in healthcare - Be a part of an aggressively growing organization with opportunities to learn new skills and sharpen existing ones - Not just CRUD business applications. - Work on challenging projects like a robust distributed platform to manage a self-healing swarm of bots on unreliable network/computers - Work with completely data-driven Low-code platforms - Work in a culture that truly believes “every idea has merit in it”, and bring your best innovation forward - Work with a network of global teams and experienced leaders in healthcare - Collaborate with and get mentored by some of the industry’s best and brightest. - Build a truly scalable and secure SaaS product with bots and elegant architectural & design solutions - Should have strong experience in decision making and stakeholder management about Design/Technology Choices, Platform Standards - Should have experience in providing direction and high-level architectural blueprints for Platform DevelopmentWhat we ask you to bring with you- A passion for architecture and for developing robust, scalable software systems Intricate understanding of architectural and design choices, deep knowledge on one or more tech stacks, ability to identify alternative tech choices and trade-offs - Ability to identify feasible alternatives and select optimal choice of data structures and advanced algorithms - Proven experience in software development and coding in various languages (Node.js,Java etc.) - Knowledge of workflow tools like Airflow, Temporal or similar - Experience with Microservices and Cloud Native applications on AWS. - Experience in designing and building large distributed systems and exposure to a variety of large scale persistent systems including large databases like MongoDB, ElasticSearch - Experience on distributed cache like Redis - Should have sound knowledge of Design patterns and SOLID Design Principles - Experience implementing great development practices: unit testing, TDD, agile methodology - Experience in any of the monitoring tools like Datadog or similar - The ability to over communicate (along with excellent articulation skills) - Enhanced curiosity & ability to geek out with new technologies. Always be thinking about newer ways to solve old problems - DevOps knowledge and experience using Jenkins, Docker Kubernetes is a plus - 10+ years of overall experience with a proven track record as a software architect
