(opteamix.com)Role Overview We are looking for ahighly experienced Technical Architect (GenAI / Azure)to lead the design and delivery of next-generation, AI-driven, cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise inAzure Cloud, GenAI architectures, and large language model (LLM)integration with proven leadership skills. This role involves guiding technical teams, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient solution delivery.Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing architectural guidance and ensuring delivery excellence. Design and implement scalable, cloud-native AI applications leveragingMicrosoft Azureand related technologies. Translate business requirements into robust, secure, and scalable technical designs. Architect and deployGenerative AI (GenAI)solutions usingLLMsandRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)frameworks. Oversee full software development lifecycle—from design through deployment—with focus on quality, performance, and maintainability. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance across platforms. Providetechnical leadership and thought partnershipto internal teams, customers, and stakeholders. Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices within the GenAI and cloud ecosystem.Required Skills & Experience: Total Experience:8–12 years in IT, with a minimum of 2+ years in a Technical Lead or Architect capacity. Programming Expertise: Python:Strong knowledge ofFastAPI / Flask ,NumPy , andPandas . OR .NET:Proficiency inASP.NET ,Web API , and related frameworks. Cloud Expertise:Hands-on experience withMicrosoft Azure , including: Azure App Services / Azure Functions Azure Storage Azure AI Foundry Azure OpenAI Database Expertise:Experience in at least one of the following – Azure SQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Proven experience integrating and deployingLLMsandRAG-basedAI architectures. Minimum of3 months of hands-on experiencein developing and deploying GenAI solutions on cloud environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively across teams and with clients.Preferred Qualifications: MicrosoftAzure Certifications(e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer) are highly desirable. Prior experience leadingAI-centric projectsorenterprise-scale cloud transformations .
