You scroll with purpose, spot trends before they explode, and bring both aesthetic and insight to the table.About the RoleIn this role, you will:Lead and manage creative and brand briefs with clarity and directionCreate and post social media content that’s visually compelling and tonally spot-onTranslate brand tone of voice into thumb-stopping content across platformsIdeate and pitch campaign ideas that are brave, bold, and insight-ledUse tools to track, analyse and report performance (and know how to turn numbers into narratives)Prepare standout pitch decks, presentations and campaign calendarsManage timelines, client expectations and internal workflows with calm efficiencyBring positive, collaborative energy to the team every single day Bonus if you:Worked in an agency earlier, specially on Personal Branding Clients or Artists.Have experience across both digital and traditional mediaThink like a creative, plan like a strategist, and hustle like an entrepreneur Required SkillsWe work across disciplines, so you’ll wear many hats but always with heart.Preferred SkillsIf you love advertising, believe in brand building, and want to shape conversations, not just follow them, this role is for you.
