Job Description Summary:

Responsible for high-level relationship management with clients. Serves as the primary management contact and client liaison during delivery of a professional services engagement or an outsourced solution. Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of the client relationship. Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities. Drives team to execute on contract terms and conditions and works with the delivery managers to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client’s business. Generally has profit and loss responsibilities. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Other Details :

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in technology solutions and delivery, managing professional services, and providing technical leadership to IT teams.
  • Thorough understanding of infrastructure (firewalls, load balancers, hypervisors, storage, monitoring, security, networking etc.) and experience with orchestration tool for onpremises infrastructure solutions
  • Ability to understand IT business requirements and information architecture designs and to convert them into infrastructure solution designs.
  • Should have hands-on expertise in many of the following infrastructure technologies: Data Center server, storage & networks stacks (Dell/EMC/HP/Cisco). Systems management tools including monitoring solutions, workflow & orchestration tools.
  • Thorough understanding of and/or ability to solution service offerings for both Infrastructure (including outsourcing best practices, transition, and ITIL) and Application Development and
  • Maintenance (including a basic understanding of various programming languages, SOA, and DevOps frameworks)
  • Knowledge in web-based, service-based, and common application architecture as well as experience balancing technology alternatives against business and financial constraints
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working with operating systems (RHEL, Windows –
  • latest version)
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working on DR solution and BCP approach.
