Job Description: Senior AI Developer Location:Pune /Kolkata/ Remote Option CTC: 12L to 15L per annumAbout the Role We are looking for a highly skilledSenior AI Developerwho can drive innovation, lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) development, and deliver AI-powered solutions that meet client needs. This role demands strong technical expertise, ownership of demo/project execution, client-facing confidence, and the ability to mentor junior developers.Key Responsibilities (KRAs) 1. Technical Contribution & Solution Delivery (40%) Lead the design and development ofPOCs, demo applications, and production-grade solutionsusing AI/ML frameworks (Python, OpenAI API, PHP, SQL). Overseedata preparation, model development, testing, and deploymentfor internal and client-facing projects. Ensurerepositories are standardized, reusable, version-controlled (Git) , and follow best practices. Developautomation utilities and acceleratorsto optimize project delivery timelines. Performcode reviewsand provide guidance to junior developers. 2. Client-Facing Engagement (25%) Owndemo preparation and delivery , including slides, mockups, test data, and client presentations. Conductinternal dry runsand coach the team for client-facing readiness. Preparetechnical documentation, release notes, feature summaries, and user guides . Capture and analyzeclient feedbackto refine demos and align with business needs. Act as atechnical SMEin client meetings, explaining AI solutions in clear, business-friendly language. 3. Communication & Collaboration (20%) Proactively update progress, risks, and blockers inJira/Trello/Asana . Collaborate withbusiness analysts, solution architects, and developersto bridge technical and business expectations. Mentor junior AI developers, guiding them oncoding, documentation, and client communication . Promoteknowledge-sharing and cross-functional collaborationacross teams. 4. Learning, R&D & Innovation (15%) Stay ahead ofemerging AI/ML trends, tools, and cloud platforms , and evaluate their applicability to projects. Conductmonthly knowledge-sharing sessionsto upskill the team. Build and maintain apersonal and team portfolio of accelerators, case studies, and re-usable assets . Pursue relevantAI certifications and trainingto enhance team capability.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Deliver3–4 high-quality, client-ready POCs/prototypes per quarter . Achieve100% demo readinesswith error-free execution and supporting documentation. Mentor and upskill at least2 junior developers per project cycle . Ensurerepository reusability and coding standards complianceacross 100% of deliverables. Receivepositive client feedbackon clarity and value of AI-driven solutions.Requirements: Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree inComputer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field . 4–7 years of experience inAI/ML solution developmentwith proven client-facing exposure.Technical Skills Expertise inPythonand ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face). Hands-on experience withOpenAI APIs, LLM fine-tuning, and NLP projects . Strong knowledge ofSQL, PHP, and data engineering workflows . Proficiency inGit/GitHub, CI/CD, and cloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience inmodel deployment, API integration, and scalable architectures .Soft Skills Strongclient communication and presentation skills . Ability tomentor, coach, and review workof junior team members. Excellentproblem-solving and solution ownershipmindset. Strongdocumentation and collaborationskills.Why Join Us?
