Createmotion graphics and animationsincluding titles, transitions, logo reveals, and graphic overlays. Select background music, sync pacing, and ensure smooth transitions that align with brand tone. Apply strong storytelling techniques to structure ads with a clearhook → value → CTAflow. Deliver final videos in multiple aspect ratios:1:1, 9:16, and 16:9. Managefast turnaround timeswhile maintaining quality and consistency across multiple weekly edits. Collaborate with the Bitespeed creative and marketing teams to iterate quickly based on performance feedback.What makes you a good fitProficiency in : Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (Final Cut Pro also acceptable). Strong understanding ofanimation and motion graphicsfor digital ads. Demonstrated experience creatingshort-form social/ad videoswith clear storytelling and performance focus. Attention to pacing, rhythm, and sound designfor maximum viewer retention. Ability to handlemultiple projects simultaneouslyunder tight deadlines. Prior experience inB2B or SaaS brand contentishighly preferred .
