Description:About the Role:We are looking for a highly driven Program Manager with strong expertise in logistics, supply chain operations, and cross-functional program delivery. The ideal candidate will lead strategic initiatives, streamline operations, drive automation, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of high-impact programs across the organization.Key & Project Management:- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic logistics programs.- Manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously with clear timelines, KRAs, and KPIs.- Create program charters, roadmaps, and governance structures for large-scale initiatives.- Track program risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocations.Operational Excellence:- Partner with operations, supply chain, and warehouse teams to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance service levels.- Identify gaps in logistics processes and drive continuous improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.- Implement automation, technology tools, and digital transformation initiatives.Stakeholder Management:- Collaborate with internal teams: Operations, Procurement, Technology, Finance, and Customer Success.- Influence leadership teams through structured updates, dashboards, and decision-making insights.- Manage external vendors, 3PLs, automation partners, and technology providers.Data & Reporting:- Use data to track performance metrics, measure program effectiveness, and drive improvements.- Build and maintain dashboards for leadership reporting (Power BI/Tableau preferred).- Ensure programs meet defined SLAs, KPIs, and cost targets.Team Leadership:- Lead cross-functional project teams; mentor junior PMs and operations analysts.- Develop a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 7-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, warehousing, transportation, or related domains.- Proven track record as a Program Manager/Project Manager/PMO Lead managing large-scale operational programs.- Strong understanding of logistics operations, network design, process optimization, and vendor management.- Skill in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, ClickUp, etc.).- Excellent analytical skills; comfortable with data analysis using Excel, SQL, or BI tools.- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.- Certifications like PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile are a plus.Preferred Attributes:- Experience driving automation or digital transformation in logistics.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.- Strong business acumen and a metrics-driven mindset.
