Customer Success Specialist

Job Overview:
As a Customer Success Specialist, your role is to prioritise our users’ needs while supporting Zomunk’s mission of delivering exceptional service. You will focus on providing thoughtful and responsive customer support, resolving issues, and conducting feedback calls to enhance the overall user experience. Your travel knowledge will also be key in assisting users with flight-related queries and ensuring they get the best out of our curated deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and friendly customer support via call, email and social media.
- Assist users with platform navigation, account issues, and premium subscription queries.
- Conduct feedback calls with premium users to gather insights and enhance user satisfaction.
- Use travel industry knowledge to answer user questions about flights, routes, and deals.
- Proactively address user concerns, ensuring high levels of customer happiness and retention.
- Collaborate with the team to report any recurring issues and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer support or success roles.
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of the travel and airline industry, including flight search tools like Google Flights, Skyscanner, etc.
- Empathetic, patient, compassionate, considerate, and professional when dealing with users.
- A genuine commitment to helping customers, with a focus on providing effective solutions.
