Location:Pune, Maharashtra Shift Timing:8:30 PM – 5:00 AM IST Employment Type:Full-time, On-site Salary:₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month + Performance BonusAbout the Role We are looking for a Sales Representative to manage inbound sales for our US-based business. This role requires someone with excellent English communication skills, strong customer-handling ability, and the potential to convert incoming inquiries into successful sales. If you are confident, motivated, and want to build your career in a high-energy, growth-oriented environment—this role is perfect for you.Key Responsibilities ✔ Handle inbound sales calls from US customers ✔ Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions ✔ Maintain a professional tone and build trust with customers ✔ Convert inbound inquiries into confirmed sales ✔ Update call logs, customer records, and follow-up details ✔ Work with the team to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets ✔ Deliver excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycleRequired Skills & QualificationsExcellent English communication skills are a must Experience in US sales / BPO / customer support preferred (not mandatory) Ability to work night shifts (8:30 PM – 5:00 AM IST) Confident, persuasive, and sales-oriented Good listening skills + problem-solving ability Basic computer skillsWhat We OfferSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 + Monthly Bonus Career growth in a fast-expanding business Night shift allowance Supportive and professional work environmentLocationPune (On-Site) Candidates must be comfortable working from the office during the night shift.
