With a focus on integrity and customer satisfaction, Renown Mart aims to simplify everyday life and enhance user experience across all interactions.Position: Business Development / Tele Sales Executive (US Process)This is a full-time, on-site role suitable for a confident, target-driven telesales professional who can engage with US-based customers, generate leads, convert prospects, and build long-lasting business relationships.Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US market - Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups - Pitch products/services clearly and effectively to international customers - Convert warm and cold leads into successful sales opportunities - Maintain customer database and update CRM records accurately - Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly conversion and revenue targets - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/solutions - Handle customer objections professionally and close deals through strong negotiations - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations - Ensure timely follow-up and maintain high standards of customer communicationRequired Qualifications- Proven experience in Tele Sales / Business Development / International BPO (US Process) - Strong communication skills with a clear and confident US accent advantage - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment - Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills - Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours - Basic understanding of market research and lead generation - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is preferred - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)How to ApplyInterested candidates can share their updated resume at:hr@renownsystem.com8726330076
