He has to handle budgeting, financial reporting, and investment strategies while optimizing financial performance and guiding strategic decisions for property acquisition, development, and management.

2 Capital Allocation : Strategically managing capital structure, sourcing and optimizing financing options to support large-scale projects.

3 Investment Appraisal : Conducting rigorous financial analysis and modeling to evaluate project feasibility and investment returns.

4 Risk Mitigation : Implementing robust risk management frameworks to address financial, market, and regulatory risks.

5 Regulatory Compliance : Ensuring adherence to financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements, including audit management.

6 Operational Optimization : Enhancing financial and operational processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

7 Stakeholder Engagement : Strategically communicating with investors, financial institutions, and board members to foster relationships and transparency.

8 Financial Negotiations : Leading complex negotiations and securing favorable terms with financial partners and stakeholders.

9 Leadership and Development : Providing visionary leadership to align with organizational vision & objectives.

Experience :Minimum 10 Years in a Senior Management Role of a Real Estate Industry

Education: Masters degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
