HappyLocate - Full Stack Engineer - Ruby on Rails/React.js

Role Description :We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong Ruby on Rails expertise and hands-on experience in building AI-integrated applications.This role requires a blend of back-end and front-end development skills, combined with the ability to integrate and deploy machine learning/AI models into production systems.Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.- Develop APIs and services to support AI/ML model integration.- Build intuitive, responsive, and modern UIs (React / Vue.js preferred).- Ensure performance, scalability, and security across the stack.- Optimize databases, caching layers, and background job processing.- Participate in architectural discussions and influence product/tech roadmaps.- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with strong documentation.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 34 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (or similar role).- Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails (RESTful APIs, ActiveRecord, Sidekiq/Resque).- Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Next.js).- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database optimization.- Familiarity with AI/ML model integration (Python APIs, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs).- Experience with cloud platforms.- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building AI-powered applications.
