Learn more at eximple.inAbout the role: We are looking for anSupply Chain Finance (Sales & NBFC Partnerships)who will drive our financial enablement engine. This role is responsible forSCF business development, drive new NBFC partnerships , and enabling seamless financing solutions for SME exporters.Key Responsibilities: LeadSCF sales , driving adoption of financing solutions for SME exporters. Identify, onboard, and managenew NBFC partnersto expand our lending ecosystem. Maintain strong relationships with finance partners, ensuring smooth credit operations and turnaround. Manage NBFC licensing processes, documentation, and compliance requirements. Work closely with product, risk, and operations teams to deliver optimal financing experiences. Track market and regulatory developments across SCF and NBFC segments.Requirements: 3+ years of experience inNBFC partnerships, SCF sales, fintech lending, or financial operations . Strong understanding of NBFC regulations, documentation, and compliance. Proven experience in managing lender relationships and closing financing deals. Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
