Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst Corporate Taxation & Tax Planning to support our UAE Corporate Tax practice.The role involves handling end-to-end tax data review, computation preparation, and compliance reporting in accordance with UAE Corporate Tax laws.Key Responsibilities:- Data Extraction & Organization: Extract, collate, and organize financial data from client systems and accounting software for tax computation purposes.- Tax Scrutiny & Compliance: Review and scrutinize accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with UAE Corporate Tax laws and guidelines.- Tax Computation Preparation: Prepare detailed corporate tax computations, reconciliations, and supporting schedules in line with statutory requirements.- Financial Review: Assist in reviewing and analyzing trial balances, general ledgers, and financial statements to identify key tax adjustments.- Tax Documentation & Reporting: Maintain proper working papers and documentation to support tax filings, assessments, and audits.- Variance & Financial Analysis: Perform variance analysis and provide insights on trends in income, expenses, and balance sheet items.- Process & System Improvement: Contribute to improving accuracy and efficiency in tax computation and reporting processes.Required Skills & Competencies:- Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with attention to numerical accuracy and detail.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).- Tax Knowledge: Basic understanding of Corporate Tax laws and accounting standards.- Communication: Clear and concise written and verbal communication; ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.- Organization & Time Management: Ability to handle multiple clients and deliver assignments within deadlines (ref:iimjobs.com)
