Position Overview:


As the Platform Product Leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform by leading the development and implementation of various foundational platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, define requirements, and drive the execution of platform initiatives that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


* Lead the development and implementation of key platforms such as Experimentation, Customer Data, Segmentation, Data Science, Communication, and others to support the company's strategic objectives.

* Collaborate with stakeholders across product management, engineering, data science, marketing, and customer experience teams to define platform requirements and prioritize features.

* Drive the development of platform roadmaps, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

* Work closely with engineering teams to design scalable, reliable, and secure platforms that meet the needs of the business and provide a seamless user experience.

* Define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of platform initiatives.

* Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in platform development to inform decision-making and drive innovation.

* Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement to test hypotheses and iterate on platform features and functionalities.
