Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of the project scope as outlined in the multi-phase Omnyk partnership proposal. This includes managing work streams across various departments (engineering, regulatory, manufacturing, etc.) and ensuring seamless collaboration between Omnyk and Partner teams.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the project budget, allocating resources effectively and monitoring expenditures to maintain financial viability.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks that could derail project progress. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen circumstances and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, including the Omnyk team, Partner representatives, and potential investors. Provide regular progress reports, address concerns, and solicit feedback to ensure project goals are aligned.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure the final project deliverables meet the needs of our customers, as outlined in the proposal. This includes overseeing the development, testing, and regulatory approval of the Avida data collection device, a key component of the OmnyKare service.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of medical device development processes, regulatory requirements, and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Leadership: Provide direction and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management or a similar role within the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration between diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and MS Office Suite.
