Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Amazon/Flipkart Account Management Executive to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing Amazon/Flipkart accounts and running effective advertising campaigns on Amazon.in. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of Amazon's/Flipkart's platform and advertising tools.


Key Responsibilities


Account Management:


  • Manage and optimize Amazon/Flipkart Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.
  • Monitor and improve product listings, ensuring accurate content, images, and keywords.
  • Handle all aspects of Amazon/Flipkart account health, including performance metrics, customer feedback, and compliance.


Advertising Campaigns


  • Plan, create, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display ads.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
  • Optimize ad campaigns through regular analysis and adjusting bids, keywords, and targeting.


Sales & Performance Analysis


  • Track and analyze sales performance and advertising metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Generate regular reports on sales, ad performance, and account health.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for account and campaign improvements.


Collaboration


  • Work closely with the product development, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and service providers as needed.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience managing Amazon/Flipkart accounts and running ads on the same.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon/Flipkart Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Proficiency in Amazon/Flipkart advertising tools and strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
