You will provide online counselling sessions, support clients across emotional and behavioural concerns, and maintain a high standard of ethical practice.Responsibilities include offering 1:1 sessions, maintaining brief session notes, supporting clients with clarity and guidance, and collaborating with the Solvit team for smooth scheduling and coordination.QualificationsStrong expertise in counselling, emotional wellbeing, and psychological assessmentExperience supporting individuals with mental-health, relationship, career, or student concernsExcellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelinesMaster’s degree in Psychology / Counselling / Clinical Psychology (mandatory)RCI licence or relevant certification (preferred but not mandatory for non-clinical roles)
