We are reimagining how the world experiences wellbeing and how companies (like our own) support the wellbeing of their people.What you’ll do: Plan and organise the operational requirements of Athletic team in a manner to improve the internal player experience level and brand perception PFC. Planning, monitoring and managing kit & equipment which balances Efficiency with value creation for RG Sports business unit Assist team manager or perform his duties whenever required Ensure adherence to AIFF & ISL Kit & Equipment guidelines Responsible for all First Team player and staff training and match kit Print all First Team player and staff training and match kit in compliance with competition regulations. Distribute training and match kit to all First Team players and staff. Launder, dry, store and set out training and match kit for all First Team players and staff Prepare and set out the team dressing room and coaches’ room ahead of all home and away fixtures and training sessions. Liaise with the Team Manager for match kit confirmation To record and monitor stock levels of training and match kit & equipment, including regular stock checks. Liaise with the Procurement for stock levels. Liaise with First Team management staff and Ground staff to prepare and set out equipment required for training sessions. Assist the Sports Science and Medical departments with storage and inventory management. Clean and tidy work areas e.g. dressing room, player accommodation, kit room Maintain the team bus logbook. Assist the Academy department with kit printing and distribution for all player and staff training and match kit. Assist Reserve Team as and when required.Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree education along with advance deduction in sports management or a related program Significant and demonstrated experience in Sport steam management and logistics within a professional sports environment Knowledge of professional leagues and regulations in the domain of sports Proficiency in financial, budgetary and procurement processes Communication skills to cater to a diverse set of internal / external stakeholders Proactive in planning, organising and managing multiple priorities Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating fast paced changes Collaboration and team development skills Passion to role model and practice the science and art of holistic WellbeingWhy Roundglass: Roundglass was built on the vision that wellbeing should be at the very centre of our life journey.
