Position Overview:
The Consumer Brand Marketing Leader will own and drive Opptra's branding and social media strategy, especially focusing on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. You will be responsible for creating and executing a robust content and social strategy based on keyword research, customer insights, and market trends. This role is integral to positioning Opptra as a thought leader in areas such as AI GTM, internationalization, and Asia market entry.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Building & Social Media Management:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive social strategy on LinkedIn and additional platforms.
- Manage a dynamic content calendar and oversee day-to-day social media operations.
- Utilize customer and market insights to inform a strong, keyword research-backed content strategy.
Short-Term Objectives (1-3 Years Vision):
- Grow Opptra's LinkedIn followers and engagement across key geographies (North America, Europe, and India) with thoughtful content interventions.
- Increase organic traffic and generate leads through strategic, data-informed content planning.
Long-Term Objectives:
- Establish Opptra as a trusted thought leader in AI GTM, internationalization, and Asia market entry.
- Develop insights and case studies that underline Opptra's expertise and innovative approach in the consumer brand space.
Strategy Development & Execution:
- Create and present a detailed social and content marketing plan that encompasses ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) understanding, competitor benchmarking, and B2B social media best practices.
- Iteratively refine strategies based on performance metrics and data-backed insights.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 5-8 years in social and content marketing within a B2B environment targeting global customers.
- Proven experience in leading campaigns in fast-paced startup settings.
- Demonstrated ability in crafting and executing successful thought leadership content and social media campaigns.
- Strong storytelling skills with a creative yet strategic mindset.
- A bias for action-a "roll up your sleeves" approach that values progress over perfection.
- Capability to make data-backed decisions and a deep understanding of metrics for measuring social and content marketing success.
