Role Overview:

We seek a Hardware/Embedded Engineer to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will work on hardware development, PCB design, and collaborate with manufacturers to bring our innovative products to life.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop PCB layouts for new products and prototype iterations
  • Work with external manufacturers for PCB fabrication and assembly
  • Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues in existing products
  • Create and maintain hardware documentation and BOMs
  • Collaborate with firmware team for hardware-software integration
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for component sourcing and manufacturing
  • Participate in design reviews and quality assurance processes


Requirements:

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/ECE/EEE from a top engineering college
  • 0-4 years of experience in hardware product development
  • Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium Designer/KiCad/Eagle)
  • Experience with microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, etc.)
  • Understanding of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, NFC)
  • Hands-on experience with IoT/robotics projects
  • Basic knowledge of embedded C programming
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and DFM principles


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hardware manufacturing company
  • Knowledge of RF circuit design and antenna matching
  • Experience with component selection and sourcing
  • Understanding of EMI/EMC considerations
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements, including FCC, CE
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)
