Role Description:


- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dealing Manager (Equity Market) located in Indore.

- This role is responsible for overseeing trading operations, managing a team of dealers, and ensuring that client orders are executed efficiently and compliantly.

- It requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong leadership, risk management skills, and the ability to maintain relationships with key clients.

- The Dealing Head plays a critical role in maintaining the firm's reputation for accurate, timely trade execution and regulatory - NISM Series VIII certification is Activation Goals: Achieve monthly and overall activation targets for new client accounts.

- Reactivation Goals: Strategically target and re-engage inactive clients.

- Client Retention: Meet and exceed client retention targets through exceptional service.

- Team Leadership: Drive team performance goals through effective leadership.

- Recruitment and Training: Hire and provide training to ensure a high-performing team.

- Compliance Enforcement: Maintain trading compliance and quality as per company standards.

- High-Net-Worth (HNI) Engagement: Actively engage with HNI clients to meet their unique needs.

- Collaborative Campaigns: Work with the engagement team to run effective client campaigns.

- Innovation in Marketing: Implement and oversee marketing automation Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: At least 7 years in the industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role.

- Education: Graduation/Post-graduation in any stream.

- Industry Expertise: Must have a strong background in the stock broking industry.

- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and oral communication skills
