As a Senior Trainer in Generative AI, you won't just teach—you'll collaborate with AI agents to design, deliver, and continuously improve cohort-based learning experiences.You'll create immersive learning modules on Prompt Engineering, RAG (Vector Databases), Multi-Agent Systems, Evaluations & Guardrails, and help learners build real GenAI applications. Think of this as a Forward Deployed Engineer role for the EdTech world — fast, hands-on, and impact-driven.What You'll Do- Design and deliver cohort-based learning experiences in LLMs, RAG, agents, and GenAI fundamentals. - Collaborate with AI-powered teaching assistants (Agentversity's in-house agents) to personalize the learner journey. - Build labs, capstone projects, and live workshops that emphasize real-world problem solving. - Mentor learners and track progress through data-driven metrics and agent-based feedback loops. - Contribute to building interactive content, tutorials, and demo apps that make complex GenAI topics simple. - Stay up to date with emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and research, and integrate them into the curriculum.What You Have- 4–8 years in ML/AI (with 2+ years in LLMs, RAG, or Agents). - Built or shipped at least two working GenAI applications (LLM app, RAG pipeline, or agent system). - Strong skills in Python, LangChain / LlamaIndex, embeddings, vector stores, and FastAPI / Streamlit. - Familiarity with CI/CD for notebooks, reproducible workflows, and basic MLOps principles. - Experience teaching, mentoring, or public speaking about AI or tech topics.Nice to Have- Open-source contributions in AI tooling or frameworks. - Experience building data or ML pipelines on AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Previous work in EdTech, content creation, or AI community building.What Makes You Stand Out- You're AI-augmented — comfortable collaborating with GenAI tools and agents to amplify your teaching. - You're passionate about learning fast and teaching faster. - You've published educational or thought-leadership content on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, or Medium. - You thrive in a rapid, startup-style environment where experimentation and innovation are daily habits. - You love challenges and view every project as an opportunity to grow and push the frontier of AI education.Compensation₹12–24 LPA base + 10–25% variableESOP: 0.10–0.50% equityPerks: Remote flexibility, AI-agent tools, learning credits, community events, and upskilling budget.How We Hire- Portfolio review of your GenAI work - Micro-class design (we'll give you a topic) - Live teach-back session with AI feedback - Paid audition with a real learner cohort
