Job Title: Senior Microbiology Trainer Location: Remote Job type: Part-timeJob Summary: We are seeking a highly experiencedMicrobiology Trainerwith over10 years of professional experiencein academic, industrial, or laboratory microbiology. The trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate microbiology training programs for students, fresh graduates, and professionals working in pharmaceutical, food, and life sciences industries.Key Responsibilities: Conduct hands-on and theoretical training sessions onMicrobiology fundamentals ,Industrial & Pharmaceutical Microbiology , andQuality Control techniques . Train participants onGMP/GLP ,sterility testing ,environmental monitoring ,microbial identification ,media preparation , andbioburden testing . Developcustomized training modules ,SOPs , andpractical manualsas per industry standards. Ensure laboratory safety, aseptic techniques, and equipment maintenance during all sessions. Provideindividual assessments , feedback, and performance evaluations for trainees. Stay updated with recent developments in microbiology, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies. Support audits, certifications, and documentation in alignment withISO, WHO, and regulatory guidelines . Collaborate with R&D, QA, and production teams to integrate industry-relevant practices in training.Required Skills & Competencies: Strong expertise inpharmaceutical microbiology ,sterility assurance ,environmental monitoring , andmethod validation . In-depth understanding ofGMP, GLP, FDA, and WHO guidelines . Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills. Proficiency in using laboratory instruments such aslaminar air flow, autoclave, incubators, and colony counters . Ability to train diverse groups effectively — from students to experienced professionals. Strong organizational and documentation abilities.Qualifications: M.Sc. / M.Tech / Ph.D. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences. Minimum10 years of industrial or academic experiencein Microbiology (preferably in pharmaceutical, food, or biotech sectors). Prior experience intraining, teaching, or lab supervisionis mandatory.
