Job SummaryWe are looking for an experiencedSAP Delivery Leadto manage end-to-end delivery of SAP projects and ensure successful implementation across multiple modules and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have deep SAP functional/technical expertise, proven project delivery leadership, and the ability to manage global teams in a hybrid or agile environment.Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee thedelivery of SAP projects(implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support) ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance. Driveproject governance, delivery strategy, and stakeholder communication. Collaborate withfunctional and technical teamsacross SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, SuccessFactors, BTP, etc.). Manageproject planning, resource allocation, risk assessment, and issue resolution. Serve as theprimary point of contactfor client and internal leadership for delivery and escalation management. Ensure adherence toSAP Activate / Agile delivery methodologiesand internal best practices. Coordinate withPMO and cross-functional leadsfor project documentation, reporting, and compliance. Supportpre-sales activities, RFP responses, and solution design discussions when required. Foster ahigh-performing delivery culture, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications 12+ yearsof total SAP experience, with at least5 years in a delivery or project management role. Strong understanding ofSAP S/4HANA(on-premise or cloud) and associated technologies. Proven experience managingend-to-end SAP implementationsor large-scale rollouts. Experience in handlingmulti-module, multi-location SAP projects. Solid knowledge ofproject management tools(JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow, or equivalent). Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities.
