Position Overview:

- Anubavam is on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team.

- This pivotal role demands a strategic and forward-thinking recruiter with deep expertise in the technology sector, particularly within product engineering environments.

- The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent for technology-driven product Strategic Recruitment Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for technical roles, focusing on talent with expertise in product development, web and mobile technologies, ERP systems, CRM solutions, and artificial intelligence.

- Technical Assessment: Conduct thorough technical interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for roles crucial to the development and enhancement of Creatrix Campus and other innovative projects.

- Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with department heads to gain a clear understanding of recruitment needs, ensuring a precise alignment between candidate profiles and technical requirements.

- Diverse Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract candidates with experience in product-based companies, building a robust and diverse talent pipeline.

- End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including candidate communication, interview coordination, and offer negotiations, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

- Industry Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge and attract top Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a technical background is highly desirable.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technical recruitment, preferably with experience recruiting for product-based companies.

- Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of technical roles and skills, particularly in software development, ERP solutions, and related fields.

- Screening and Interviewing Skills: Exceptional ability to assess candidates for technical expertise and cultural fit.

- Innovative Sourcing: Proven success in leveraging social media, professional networks, and other creative sourcing strategies.

- Negotiation and Communication: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

- Project Management: Capable of managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
